We want you to know that our commitment does not end at delivery. In any case, our jewellery couldn't meet your expectations than not to worry we have easy peasy 30 days return policy.
To err is human and to edit is divine. By gaffe if you didn't like our jewellery, or if there is any fitting issue, or you have received the default jewellery no problem. Just notify us about the issue you have within 30 days from the date of delivery. We assure you that either we will refund your money or send a replacement jewellery to you, a simple procedure is given below.
If you want to get a defective jewellery replaced or return the jewellery that does not fit you, then get in touch with our Customer Services on +91 70555 70555, or you can email us on firstname.lastname@example.org, within 30 days from the date of order delivery. The defective jewellery will be replaced (subject to availability), or we will initiate the refund to the main source of payment.
We don't have any hidden deduction from the refund amount we will initiate the refund of the complete amount which you have paid to us. In case, if you have applied any Coupon, Discount or Promo Codes were used during the original purchase, and the exchange amount will be reduced by an amount equivalent to the Coupon, Discount or Promo Codes, as applicable. The Buyback/exchange amount will be reduced by an amount equal to the Coupon, Discount or Promo Codes, as applicable.
The following situations will not be eligible for the process of return, refund, or replacement policy:
- If the original packaging or tags are missing.
- If the product has been worn.
- If the product is not in original condition.
How can I make a return request? What is the process to return jewellery at Silgo?
If you are worried about how you can return our jewellery, then stop worrying. We have a simple 30 days return policy with 100% refund and guaranteed exchange in the case of jewellery return. The return and exchange of your jewellery will start from the day your order was delivered. The jewellery should be in original condition with its tags intact.

- Complete the return request form.
- Product should be accompanied with Original Product Certificate and Original/Copy of Invoice for the exchange.
- In case the customer cannot produce the original certificate, the company will send the jewellery to the Lab for re-certification.
- In the above-mentioned case, certification cost shall be borne by the customer.
How will I be refunded for the return?
Once your returned jewellery is received by our warehouse, our Quality Assurance department will review the returned item. Upon successful processing of return, you will be refunded the purchase amount of returned jewellery(ies). The refunded amount will be credited back to the main source of payment.
